The development is privately owned and debt free. It is owned and operated by a respected eye surgeon here in Panama who has owned the property for more than 25 years and spent the last several years preparing the infrastructure and necessary titling requirements.

He is extremely sensitive to the environment and because his personal home is on the property you can be sure that it will be maintained at the highest level.
